SUSAN HOFFMANN raised two children as a single working mother and she understands the importance of living in a community that works to improve the quality of life for its residents. Since 2001, Susan has fought for Rockville’s working families, first as a member of the Rockville City Council and now as Mayor. She also served for five years as a Rockville Planning Commissioner.
Susan’s main priority is to ensure Rockville continues
to prosper as a community that values all its residents. From our rich history
to the new Town Center, from celebrating our diversity to our warm congenial
neighborhoods, Susan has worked hard to preserve the past
while promoting the future for Rockville’s citizens; our families,
our children, and our business owners.
As Mayor of Rockville, Susan will continue the fight to ensure:
- Implementation of City's Green Building Regulations;
- Rockville’s Neighborhoods and Sense of Community is Protected and Strengthened;
- A Clean and Green Rockville enhanced;
- Rockville’s Residents are Heard and Well Represented; and
- The Enrichment of the Arts in Rockville.
